Reiki is a safe and effective energetic technique that focuses universal life force energy into the client's physical body and energy field. The energy promotes relaxation, and reduces stress and anxiety which allows the body's healing response to activate. Healing may occur on any and all levels: mind, body, emotions, and spirit.
Reiki is not bound to a religion, culture, creed, or belief. Every person and animal on earth has access to this energy and it is compatible with all systems of faith. This is the energy of creation and nature. The energy that maintains me, the tree, and the space in between.
A Reiki healer is not the source or power of Reiki. The healer acts as a conduit for the healing energy. She does not use her own energy or life force in any way. The healer is a hollow bone through which the Divine Energy is poured into the client's physical and light bodies. Reiki flows to areas of imbalance and blockage without aid or guidance. Reiki being the, or a part of, the universal source, goes where it is needed for the highest and best good of the client.
In a state of perfect health, Ki or Chi (life force energy) flows smoothly and unobstructed though the body's physical and energetic systems. When a blockage or imbalance occurs, disease may result. Reiki works to remove the blockages and balance Ki flow. The balancing occurs on all levels of the client; mind, body, and spirit. The body is then able to heal itself.

WHAT IS ARCHANGELIC LIGHT?
Archangelic Light (AL) is an energy modality that works to cure the root cause of illness and disease. The love of the Divine Feminine is brought through the Archangels and transmitted through the healer’s hands. The energy is gentle and soothing. It promotes healing on all levels: mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Like Reiki, this energy flows to the area which needs balance, clearing, or restoration. Specific Archangels and their hosts may be called upon to assist in the healing as the healer is guided.
When I was entrained with this energy, I felt connected to the earth, to people and animals, and myself in a new, profound experience of oneness. I have felt the Archangels working on this stream with love and compassion. While these experiences have been profound and powerful, they have been integrated smoothly and gently.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A HEALING
Depending on the modality you wish to experience, the healing session may change to facilitate your specific needs. A session generally starts with a quick discussion of your needs and intentions. You will lay fully clothed on the massage table. If you desire, an eye pillow is provided to deepen your experience. I will say a brief prayer to open the space and invite my spiritual team to assist us during your healing.
Once the space is set and my intentions are clear, I will smudge your aura and body with incense or a crystal. At times, I may use a rattle to help prepare your auric field. I will place appropriate stones on your chakras and ring a bell over each chakra to open them for healing.
After your field is awakened and prepared, I will work through the traditional hand positions of the chosen modality. While working, I may receive messages or impressions from the guides who have joined the healing. If appropriate, I will provide those messages to you. During the healing, soothing music will be playing to help maintain the meditative space.
Once all hand positions are completed and the healing is closing, I will smooth your auric field and spray your field with a cleansing, protective mixture. A closing prayer is said, and you are slowly brought back to the present. At this time, we may discuss what occurred during your healing and I will provide any instructions as guided.
AFTERCARE AND HEALING CRISIS
After a healing session with me, I will contact you over the next few days to see how you are integrating and to see if you need any specific questions answered. Some clients, not all, will experience a Healing Crisis. This is a short lived increase in symptoms, emotions, and other discomforts. This occurs because the energy healing has removed blockages and imbalances. This creates a space where toxins, energies, emotions, and memories may surface for release. This lasts for only two or three days. Taking Epsom salt baths and drinking additional water (if not contraindicated by your doctor) can lessen the symptoms. I encourage you to call me if the episode is difficult to bear and I will send distance healing to assist in integrating the energies.
